What to expect
Is KeyCloud available now?
Not yet. This is a preview of a service under development. Remote access and the new Hub are planned for Q1 2027; KeyCloud launch details will be confirmed separately.
Will I need a subscription?
The business model is not final. We have not announced subscriptions, prices or which features would be included in each offer.
Which locks will it support?
The final compatibility list will be confirmed before launch. Heimgard Door App currently supports Easy Fit. App support for Entry Lock and Smart Lock is under development alongside the new Hub.
What connection do I need at home?
Remote access through Heimgard Hub requires an active internet connection and a compatible dual-band Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz). Internet service, router and Wi-Fi network are not supplied by Heimgard.
