Adjustable Auto-Lock
Choose the delay before the lock automatically relocks after unlocking.
Not available when Spring Latch Mode is enabled.
A PIN for one visit
Create a one-time PIN in the app. It is automatically disabled after one use.
Access on a schedule
Set a daily access window for regular visitors, so their PIN works during the hours you choose.
Protection against PIN guessing
After five incorrect PINs within 30 minutes, the keypad pauses PIN entry for five minutes. Further incorrect attempts can extend the pause to 15 minutes.

A quick check before you choose.
Easy Fit is the least invasive Heimgard option for a compatible existing lock. Check these points before purchase or installation.
Look inside
Check for a separate thumbturn, a key left in the cylinder, or a long handle plate.
Check the space
There should be at least 32 mm from the thumbturn centre to the nearest fixed obstruction.
Turn it smoothly
The thumbturn or key should rotate freely without unusual force.
Check the surface
The inside mounting surface should be clean, dry and suitable for the supplied mounting pad.
Take photos of the inside, outside and open door edge, plus close-up measurements with a ruler. A retailer, installer or Heimgard support can help with an initial check.

Remote access with Bridge.
Bridge and remote-access features are currently under development, with planned availability in Q1 2027.
Once available, Bridge is intended to connect Easy Fit to remote access in the Heimgard app. Final functionality may change before release.

Do I need to replace my lock?
No. Easy Fit is designed to mount over a compatible existing thumbturn or key on the inside of your door.
Can I still use my existing key?
Yes, where the existing cylinder supports it. The outside cylinder stays in place, so physical key access can remain available.
Does installation require drilling?
No. Easy Fit is designed for a quick installation without drilling, an electrician or lock-case replacement.
Will it fit my door?
Easy Fit works with many Scandinavian and European thumbturn locks. Check the compatibility points or ask a retailer, installer or Heimgard support for guidance.
Can I unlock remotely?
Bridge and remote-access features are under development, with planned availability in Q1 2027. Final functionality may change before release.
Security
Secure access, designed into the product.
Heimgard lock firmware is developed in Norway. Security depends on the complete door, correct installation and responsible credential management.
Incorrect PIN protection
After repeated incorrect PIN attempts, the keypad is temporarily disabled to slow unauthorised guessing.
Firmware security updates
Heimgard Door checks for available Easy Fit and keypad firmware updates, which can include security enhancements.
Your existing lock remains
Easy Fit operates a compatible existing lock from inside while the original exterior key access stays available.
